So I’m 16 years old, and about..163 pounds..BUT I am losing weight..And i’ll get right into that. I went in for a physical a month ago, but I began dieting before then..But the doctor advises me to lose weight..
So here’s the deal…Since a month ago, I’ve been off sugar..I got off sugar completely. And I feel so much better then I did when I drank about a coke everyday..So I’ve been doing good..And the only meal I eat is dinner. Yes, It’s unhealthy but..I’m not that much of an eater..And I never have time to eat breakfast or lunch..But I DO have time to snack..So, also a month ago, I laid off fattening foods..Like chips, or..Anything, really..I’ve been snacking on mandarins, and celery only..
But here’s the problem..EXERCISE..I’m always too exhausted from school to get any exercise…And it’s not because my life is hectic..It’s actually simple, besides always feeling lonely..The daytime just makes me feel tired..I used to exercise daily, and I had that going for 4 weeks…What i’d do is sit ups, and i’d lift a 10 pound weight, along with 5 pound weights for each hand. My parents call me lazy for not exercising..
I’m a little lazy, but..Really, the thing that makes me stop is…It’s so routine..I hate doing the same thing over and over again, I get bored..I need to stay stimulated, you know? Doing the same things everydays just so boring for me..I can’t join any gyms because we don’t have the money..My mom and I have been to numerous gyms..The YMCA messed up my leg..And any other gyms were just..Complex..We have to get 20 dollar a month memberships, I have to pick my own schedule, I have to pick out a class to be in, my personal trainer..And, it was just too much..All I want to do is go there, and exercise..That’s it.
So we gave up on the gym..I tried running..I love running, but..I have to admit, this is sort of a dangerous neighborhood..Back when I was younger, I could walk everyday and not have a problem..But now? Everytime I go out for a walk, I eventually run into some creep who starts bullying me. And I don’t know whats wrong with the neighbors 3 blocks away from us..One day I’m out on a walk, and one of the guys who live there is standing in the front yard looking at me..and for some reason, he f**king growls at me…And his kids are just messed up..I’ve seen his kids(or maybe it was another friend) ride through the streets on a harley davidson, while the kid in the back held a cricket bat, and swung it at people..
So forget that. What can I do to exercise, without becoming bored? My main goal is to lose the fat in my stomach area.. Does anyone have any good ideas? Maybe some therapeutic exercises that you yourself use when you work out?
Also, to you spammers out there..No, I don’t want lipo-suction, colon cleansing. I’ve tried slimquick, i’ve tried the Acai berry. Stop spamming me. I don’t care.
Also, for drinks..I RARELY drink diet coke, but I always drink water, and carbonated water like Crystal Geyser..Carbonation is just something I need..It’s the same way with champagne..
Also, I should mention this..Though it takes months to lose weight, I get very bored,and..When I don’t see results the next day or something, and then I proceed to do the same thing the next day..I get very bored, and I lose interest.
As you stated that your main goal is to lose fat from the stomach area, then the best way is to join a free email course regarding losing belly fat. Here is one which is free.

I heard that the average person has anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds of fecal matter build up inside their colon! (YUCK) and that a colon cleansing can get rid of that. Is that true or just junk science?
Also, if a colon cleansing is worth the money, do you have to go to a doctor to get one done or can you buy something at a drug store or health food store and do it yourself?
Thanks for any help and / or advice.
As I understand it (not that I’ve had it done or anything) it is more than just a fad. It is meant to be VERY good at getting rid of toxins which will make your body much more vibrant and healthy, better digestion, better skin, better flow (blood and waste), you should feel less sluggish and more ‘on the go’.
However it is expensive and it only really has long term benefits if you get colonic cleansing on a regular basis – like once a year.
I am a little shy of it but if I had more money and knew I could keep up the annual payments then I would try it as I believe it to be very beneficial.
Where to get it done? I’m not sure – I think most beauty salons would do it. Perhaps some private doctors/health clinics too? I don’t know how to advise where you find out the best one in your area. Google’s always good but as for reviews? Who knows?
Good luck!

Why I Regularly Cleanse My Colon
And Detoxify My Body
My personal story and why I’ll never forget my first colon cleanse
By Dr. Lynn Hardy, N.D., C.N.C.,

Each year the average American consumes 150 lbs of sugar and 566 cans of soft drinks (“liquid candy”)(1). According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, that is equal to “52 teaspoonfuls of added sugars per person per day.”(2) Can you imagine yourself sitting at the kitchen table gobbling down 52 teaspoons of white sugar – every single day? Well, that’s exactly what most of us are doing without even realizing it!
Junk food consumption has increased drastically in the last few decades. Compared to 1981, in 2001 the average American consumed in one year: 45 large bags of potato chips – up 78%; 120 orders of French fries – up 130%; 190 candy bars – up 80%; 120 pastries or desserts – up 95%; 150 slices of pizza – up 143%(3)

What is constipation?
Constipation means that a person has three bowel movements or fewer in a week. The stool is hard and dry. Sometimes it is painful to pass. You may feel "draggy" and full.
Some people think they should have a bowel movement every day. That is not really true. There is no "right" number of bowel movements. Each person’s body finds its own normal number of bowel movements. It depends on the food you eat, how much you exercise, and other things.
At one time or another, almost everyone gets constipated. In most cases, it lasts for a short time and is not serious. When you understand what causes constipation, you can take steps to prevent it.

What can I do about constipation?
Changing what you eat and drink and how much you exercise will help relieve and prevent constipation. Here are some steps you can take.

What is a fart and why does it smell?
What is a fart and why does it smell?
Ever pull someone’s finger and hear a weird noise come out of his or her butt?
Ever sit in a tub of water and see bubbles come out of your hiney?
This strange noise and vibrating sensation that came from your butt is most likely caused by a fart.
A fart is a combination of gases (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, methane, and hydrogen sulfide) that travels from a person’s stomach to their anus. When a person swallows too much air or eats foods that the human digestive system cannot digest easily gas becomes trapped in his/her stomach. The only way for this excess gas to exit the body is through the anus.
The gas that makes your farts stink is the hydrogen sulfide gas. This gas contains sulfur which causes farts to have a smelly odor. The more sulfur rich your diet, the more your farts will stink. Some foods that cause really smelly farts include: beans, cabbage, cheese, soda, and eggs.

A mount refers to an item or spell that, upon activation, summons a mount. Once summoned it shows the character riding atop the mount until the spell/item is dispelled or cancelled. Characters of certain levels and skill ability can acquire these mounts in order to increase their movement speed on land. Mounts can also be acquired via reputation with certain factions, completion of quests, through special items produced via professions, or as very rare loot drops obtained by defeating bosses in instances. In the expansion pack The Burning Crusade, the ability to purchase or acquire flying mounts became available in the expansion areas.
PvP rankings
Upon defeating another player of the opposite faction in player versus player (PvP) combat the victor earns "Honor Points" which may be spent as currency to purchase various rewards like armor, weapons and mounts. Some rewards require marks of honor from various Battlegrounds as well (a loss in a battleground awards the losing team 1 mark,

In South Korea, there is no software package or CD key requirement to activate the account. In order to play the game, however, players need to purchase time credits online via credit card or the ARS billing system. The minimum gameplay duration that a player can purchase via credit card is five hours. A player may also purchase game time by thirty hours or by increments of one week. A player also has the option of purchasing game time by one, three or six months of gameplay at once for a slight discount.[31] As of December 17, 2006, 30 days of gameplay costs ₩19,800 (US$21.46).
In China, because a large number of the players do not own the computer they use to play games (e.g. Internet cafes), the CD keys can be purchased independently of the software package. The CD key, which is required to activate an account, is sold for ¥30 (US$3.75) each. The software packages vary in price de

Reception
Although its initial release was hampered by overpopulated servers,[49] the game became a financial success.[50][51] On July 24, 2007, Blizzard announced that the user base for World of Warcraft had reached a new milestone, with 9 million players worldwide.[52] There are more than 2 million players in North America, 1.5 million players in Europe and 3.5 million players in China as of January, 2007 and as of August, 2007; the game has over 9 million subscribers worldwide. WoW is often criticized for a numbe
09 release. It was also revealed that the movie will take place from an Alliance perspective and will be geared towards a PG-13 audience, with a storyline set one year before the beginning of the World of Warcraft storyline. As of this time no director or cast are yet associated with its development. Thomas Tull stated that, "It’s not so much a quest movie. It’s more of a war movie."[73]

I’m working on my weight, yes, but I want to look thin for a special occasion coming up in about a week.
Bit of a crisis situation… has anyone ever done a colon cleanse? Did it help? Should I fast for a few days?
Any other tips? Things like wearing black, etc
Dark wash, wide leg jeans and black clothing totally got me through my heaviest times – so yes, I’d definitely recommend those!
As far as the colon cleanse thing, yes – that plus another supplement helped me drop about 43 pounds, although that was over a period of three months. You could definitely give it a try, although I’m not sure if you’d see results as quickly as you’d like.
