So, I'm 15 and about 20 pounds more than I should be, so I was wondering what is a good Cleansing / Detox? I hear all the time before you decide to drive and it is not that your supposed Detox your colon? Something like that. And I wanted to know what is good cleanser. I went to the GNC website and those I saw were "Quick Trim" and another called "Simply Slender Lemonade Diet" But I do not know if there is something? I read the comments and half of people say that terrible and the other half said it strange, so I would really like help on this.
Totally wrong. You do not have your "detox" the body with some shake and "nothing accumulates in your colon, unless you have an anomaly. And what makes lying in your colon are supposed to be there. hah. If you want to detoxify your body, you must have a clean power all the time. As in: lots of fresh / frozen fruits and vegetables with vitamins and antioxidants that support function down to the cells and help combat free radicals in your body. Little processed or packaged foods, try not to make every meal in a box where they are loaded with chemicals, preservatives, bloating and stomach sodium. With another calorie conscious balanced diet and exercise, your body will feel completely different in a month. Also, if you're still worried about your colon, try to take probiotics that keep the good bacteria in your body and balance, you can find in most yogurts or if your newspaper intolerant try a supplement CNG, which is vegetarian. I have mild IBS and I am one who has 10 billion bacteria and is, I think vegans, which really helps my symptoms beautiful .. but it is $ 35. Make sure you check the expiration date that bacteria will eventually die.
