I was told that you can do a colon, kidney, bladder and cleaning by doing two days diet. Day 1 8:00 drink 16 ounces of organic apple vinegar CIER, then every two hours drink 8 ounces of it being your last drink at 8 pm (no food). Day 2 8:00 8 oz drink and then every two hours you drink 8 oz with a last drink being 18 hours. Then at 8 pm 4tbs mix of olive oil and 8 ounces of organic orange juice and drink. Well, I think it's probably true we have a lot of "crap" in our intestines, because many of us have a rotten regime and do not get enough fiber. I begin by trying to get more fiber in your diet. psyllium fiber ball really gets things moving. If you talk to someone to stick something up there to remove things, there are risks involved. If the colon is punctured and feces in your blood, it is potentially fatal. If you this, make sure you go to someone who knows what they are doing. I would take to get more fiber in your diet.
